6 DAYS MOROCCO HIKING PROGRAM FROM CHEFCHAOUEN

Our walking tour takes place in the midst of the Talassemtane National Park rich in ecological, historical, and socio-cultural variety. In a world of mountains, you will encounter the fir (abies maroccana), a species indigenous to the Western Rif, and the maggot monkeys (macaques silvanus), culminating at more than 2000 meters: Jbel Lakrâa 2159 m.

1ST DAY: CHEFCHAOUEN

Welcome to Chefchaouen by the official guide responsible for the hike and transfer to the hotel, distribution of rooms and free time. Dinner and overnight at Chefchaouen.


DAY 2: CHEFCHAOUEN   (600 M)/ JBEL TISSOUKA (2122M)/ KHIZANA 7 HOURS OF WALKING.

After breakfast, we start our hike from the hotel to the source that feeds the entire town of Chefchaouen with drinking water Ras el Ma, we continue a small path to the Spanish mosque a beautiful view the medina of Chefchaouen and after by the valley of Bab daouerza towards the sapiniary and the summit of jbel Tisouka we continue by the crest of the mountain until Chwihat and we descended to Chefchaouen to take a local transport to the village khizana. Dinner and overnight at Gite Khizana.


DAY 3: KHIZANA (950M)/ JBEL LAKRAA (2156M) / KHIZANA 6H30 HOURS OF WALKING

Transfer from the house to the Spanish place in local transport where we start our climb to the top of Jbel Lakraa the highest peak of the national park of Talassemtane the ascension by the most beautiful sapiniaire of the park a panoramic view on the Mediterranean coast Jbel Tazawte Tidghine, Tizirane, the descent by a small path lost until the village Bab Taza and after to the same lodging .


DAY 4 : KHIZANA (950M) / JBEL TAZNOTE (2002M) / KHIZANA 6 HOURS OF WALKING.

Breakfast and we start with the same path to the forest house of the Spanish place after we go right to the mountain Taznote by a track for a little moment and after a beautiful path that takes us to the top of the mountain. Taznote cover by the fir tree and back to the Spanish place and after descent to the village of Khizana.


DAY 05: KHIZANA / JBEL BOUSLIMANE (1879M)/KHIZANA 6 HOURS OF WALKING.

Breakfast and transfer to el Hawta el Kazdir where we will take our path in the magic forest of the park jenevrier, oak zen, fir and green oak ... .at return we pass in front of the cave Taghobaite the deepest cave of all the africa (756 m depth), we arrive at Bab Taza and after to the village Khizana diner and overnight at the same lodging.


DAY 06 : KHIZANA / JBEL KHIZANA MTS/ KHIZANA  ( 7 HOURS OF WALKING)

That day we start our walk from the cottage to the top of the mountain of Khizana crossing the houses of the village and its traditional cultivated fields, at the top we enjoy a beautiful view of the city of Ouezzane Jbel Tidghine and return to the same house
